  1. It's understandable that Liverpool were complacent, if indeed they were. The 7-0 aside, the previous season Liverpool beat them 5-0 at old Trafford and stuck four past them at anfield. Recent results against this incredibly gutless iteration of united have told Liverpool fans to take it for granted. This showing from United shows, at least, that they have some fight

  2. I honestly don't mind playing like this every single time we play Liverpool, even if we somehow get better, low block and counter attacking is the best against them. If we try to attack too much they attack way better than us

  3. Just a little lesson in facts to Gary, since he's talking utter nonsense about Arsenal being a better team than Liverpool.

Since the 2-2 draw between the sides on the 9th April that essentially lost arsenal the league title, they've accrued 51 points from then till now.

Since that same game, Liverpool have accrued 65 points.

I'd love for Gary to explain how that makes arsenal the better side.

  4. I seriously cannot believe how he is viewing the Liverpool game. With everything put into context we lost 7-0 there last season, we just got knocked out of Europe and we’re on a poor run of form, and look at the amount of unavailable first team players we had. Ten hag had to play like that and we actually had several very good chances in that game. Yeah it wasn’t treble winning united but this Liverpool team at home are always gonna dominate no matter the opposition

  5. It is funny that utd fans mention that they earned a point despite the injury list. Lets not forget that it was a fully stacked utd team that got dragged in the mud here last season. It was the correct line up and any different would not have worked. If Mcguire was not injured, Varane (player of the match fyi) would not have played. If Bruno played, then Mainoo/Amrabat will be out. Outside of Casamiro, I can't think of any other Utd player who could have played and got the same outcome.

  6. There's nothing wrong with city dropping points is normal and they are missing de bruyne same as utd back in the day missing beckham keane or scholes all season there points tally would probably drop too. Also city lost 3-4 top players last season as well. liverpool Arsenal villa are going to drop points

  7. Man U management might have a found a way to grind out results without just going for the big win. At present Man U have not got the players to beat the top teams but grinding out a result is way to go.

  8. 09:00 Arsenal, City, i never believed in Liverpool… blabla… c'mon Aston Villa are IN the race! Over last 12 months, only City have more points in the calendar year, so this is not some unique form since August – this is a consistent improvement, that just as much as they could probably tail off in the run in, they could just as easily keep the run going.
