  1. The only reason bets like that are availavble the second the season ends is because the Books make most of their money on futures. DUH!!!!

  2. Play your microscopic violins for the wealthiest square footage in America. We can only hope someone takes the Books for a ride! "Screw You Casinos"

  3. funny, these bookies are never concerned when any normal fan goes and bets stupidly…… frankly sports betting needs to be banned outright so the rigging ends and we can have real sports again

  4. They were taking bets on Brady to win mvp while he was retired, so essentially if he didn’t come back they were taking your money like a sucker but they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Tough luck!

  5. Anyone who was dumb enough to think Brady actually retired is a fool for NOT betting on the sky high return. Investigation? Really? Is Ted Wells going to be doing it?

  6. Taking bets five and a half months before a season starts is the definition of gambling. High risk because you don't know who will retire, be traded, be cut, be signed, be drafted, etc. Teams can change considerably by September.

  7. Oh come on the betting companies allready made NFL change rules of the games and put in camera reviews all over because of odds ..That is what i would like someone to investigate . how much pressure and payment gone on behide the scene .
There is a reason almost every show in sports have a betting company sponsor lol

  8. Something that's important to note is that betting with inside information is not illegal, it's just against house rules. Not a big story. Best case is someone pulled one over against the books, worst case is someone's bet is voided.

  9. There is no legally sanctioned way to bet on sports in 41 states in the country. So there is nothing like the way english football has in the U.K. I mean, come on, there is a very small market outside Nevada in the United States. Someone made a good guess……. that's about all you can do…..
