Chelsea agree £47.5m fee with Manchester City for Raheem Sterling

Chelsea have agreed a £47.5m fee with Manchester City for Raheem Sterling. The 27-year-old is expected to go for a medical in London on Sunday afternoon. The contract is agreed for five years plus an optional extra 12 months.
