    United are better off aiming for the Europa Conference League. Take two or three steps back. Reset. Focus on building a new team with a new ethos, they could win the ECL move up to the EL, build on that. Clearly they aren't where they want to be, accept it and work on bettering it.

    Clear out the deadwood, clear the unworthy high wages out and put a team together of players that want to win.
