8. Personally I think financial fair play is great for football.

   I don't want top teams to be able to buy more than 1 or 2 big players a year. Make it so that bad signings cost teams, even the rich ones and good signings/coaching can genuinely get teams competing up the table, as we've seen the last few seasons.
