14. After almost 2 years, FINALLY they bring this up in the media. Now what Gary says is 100% true. But what he still doesn't know is that ten Hag knows nothing about tactics whatsoever. Yes, he did great at Ajax but this was due to Overmars that helped him with the tactics and line-up. During the matches when they needed a change, Overmars (who actually was somekind of sporting director) gave instructions from his skybox, by phone. Not many people know this, but United could have known if they looked closer.

24. Not a single one of Ten Haag’s signings has improved UTD, half of them are players he’s coached before or known before he arrived, they’re his players, and they’re expensive flops. The manager is part of the problem not the solution, he’s tactically naive and over obsessed with discipline, if you don’t give players(especially flare players) a certain amount of freedom off the pitch how can you expect them to express themselves on it.
