16. You, so called football experts, got it all so wrong, You need to pick a manger first before you can pick a team. Players, regardless of their ability and current form, will only excel on the pitch if the manager allows them to do so. Players have to play to the manager's tactics and strategies. This is what every successful football team does, e,g, Mancity – they hired Pep, Pep recruited the players he thought would be suitable for his ways/system of play and put them on the pitch to perform… but you quys still overlook this simple fact….shame on you all..
