  1. Rafa really got the most out of his teams tactically. Never the prettiest of styles but incredibly effective, especially against the biggest hitters in the prem

  2. Liverpool and chelsea should carry on this interesting rivalry..this united rivalry is not looking interesting anymore.. just one sided PL matches for long times😢

  3. That Eidur Gudjohnsen last minute shot across the face of goal at Anfield in the semi finals 2nd leg champions league was honestly one of the scariest moments of my life.

  4. I was thinking Lampard and tactical masterclass in the same sentence can't be right…. but thank god it was talking about him as a player not manager!

  5. Can we keep Frank on sky regularly please. Fascinating view from Chelsea perspective . Being a Liverpool fan i remember the hustles of both teams. Frank should be regular

  6. This was the most exciting fixture for me then. It convinced me to support the team in red from the confines of a small apartment in south India. A lifetime of memories since then! I still remember one late night champions league fixture we won on penalties, probably 2006-07, and how I literally prayed for a good result during the extra time midway break!

  7. They were such great battles. As a Liverpool fan even though Chelsea were so much better than we were I always felt we had a chance in a big game against them. There’s some teams you just know you’re going to lose but I always fancied our chances

  8. Carragher and Lampard hosting a tactical masterclass? You are taking the absolute Micky with that click bait title! Pep and Jurgen can host a tactical MASTERCLASS not a non manager and a failed manager.

  9. The Premier League during the mid to late Naughties was the era of football I grew up watching

Three peat United under SAF when he was arguably at his very best with the Rooney – Tevez – Ronaldo front three terrorizing defenses while Ferdinand and Vidic looked like an unstoppable cb duo at times. Growing up and having to deal with Fergie time was horrible for anyone who didn't support United

Abramovich's Chelsea in full swing buying players and sacking managers left right and centre along with their constant near misses in the Champions League. Breaking defensive records with an unbelievably strong backline and Lampard and Drogba banging in goals constantly

Arsenal post Invincibles with Wengers brilliance keeping them competitive despite being on a shoe string budget, all while playing some of the best football you'll ever see with a young Fabregas, Arshavin being the ultimate streets wont forget player, alongside Adebayor and RVP before they torched their reputations with Arsenal fans years later

Liverpool under Rafa with Gerrard dragging an average Liverpool side to success and later, Gerrard playing as a cam and prime Torres being a freak of nature and more or less keeping them competitive at the top level while ownership issues were destroying the club behind the scenes
