  1. In short, the match officials were incapable of communicating with one another, that such a blunder could occur, and had zero common sense to quickly undo the wrongdoing.

  2. Gary Neville's analysis of the contentious Tottenham vs. Liverpool match offers valuable perspectives on the game's controversies, player performances, and its impact on football. His insights are a must-listen for fans seeking a deeper understanding of the match.👍👍

  3. RE your statement. This isn’t about Liverpool or Man Utd Gary. This is about safeguarding the sport we love. We’re at a major crossroads.

Like all of us you have a responsibility, please make the right choice.

  4. Now YOUR saying Liverpool aren't going to win pl. Big NOSE MIND YOUR BUSINESS YES YOU FELL SORRY FOR LIVERPOOL LOL. ITS MU YOU SHOULD BE FEELING SOOEY FOR THEIR NOT WINNING TYE LEAGUE!!! YOUR A JOKE JOKE JOKE😂😂😂😂😂

  5. Interesting how everyone is so up in arms when these kind of rubbish, and it was really rubbish by the way, decisions go against one of the big clubs. The supporters of the smaller clubs see this all the time and they almost get brushed over by the pundits and authorities. Anyone remember my own team scoring a goal at Villa a few seasons ago that goaline technology missed and there was no VAR check? Villa only just stayed up that season. If you want to look at competition integrity them staying up after something like that happening with all the financial impacts of that and the impact on another team that has is bigger surely? Barely any talk about it.

  6. He should of had a yellow for pulling maddison down so he would of been off by rights anyway. Jotas first yellow was unlucky but the second was deserved and put himself in that position.

  7. how embarrassing are spurs and their fans though. Celebrating like that after winning a game against 9 men via a OG………….you'd have thought they'd had won the champions league

  8. Overrated League in the world.
People need to start funding their fanbase on spain or Italy.
What a way to end the league.
People , you don't have to watch epl anymore.
It's final man city gonna win the league.

  9. I se Gobby Neville has done a complete u-turn now LFC are considering taking on PGMOL. He must have some skin in the game to suddenly decide the pursuit of justice is the wrong thing to do. For someone so outspoken on so many injustices it sticks out like a sore thumb that he is not speaking out now LFC have put out their statement. Did Sky tell him to pipe down? Is he after a regulatory job? Something stinks!

  10. I disagree. The players intent is not the only issue, the player has a responsibility to be in control of his body so that he does not harm another player. Curtis didn't mean that tackle, but he lost control of his body and endangered another player. Red card.

  11. The one concern and its a very big concern, was when var was introduced, it was not like hawkeye in tennis where the ball was either in or out, no need for human subjective view, var still had the human element which of course is VERY subjective and therefore open to bias against a team if the human simply doesnt like the team involved which I suspect is the case here, possibly var may well have been bribed by another faction that doesn't want Liverpool in particular to win.

  12. No one addresses that >40% of EPL officials were born or currently reside in greater Manchester. Why cant EPL sign the best refs from all over the WORLD??? Not just all over greater Manchester

  13. Got to face that VAR will rob us of iconic celebrations like the Italy one in 1982 World Cup. And VAR doesn't even get things right. And how come they can't make a computer programme to instantly check for offside? I know cases of interfering with play a computer would struggle with. As for handball, it's depressing that playing some five a side last week with friends we did not know what the handball rule is to be able to decide if it should be a free kick. VAR is a spanner in the works. Just let the on pitch officials make a decision, it's a game at the end of the day that's supposed to be fun, not a soul destroying experience at the behest of grossly inept (banned words) in Stockley Park.

  14. If Darren England and the always filigree Dank Cook, sitting in the VAR room, knew that Díaz's goal was valid and legal, why didn't they tell Hooper to listen, man, you were wrong, Liverpool took the lead even with a man advantage. At half-time, Colonel Hooper must have been told that the goal was valid, but he still hit the Liverpool team with another penalty and in addition forced 6 minutes of extra time at the end so that the Tottenham players could finally score the winning goal against nine men, but even that it didn't work out for them either. The blatant cheating hurt me because even with 9 men, Pool played better football and the capital city could only win with an own goal. This match was easily winnable and now the reds would lead the table. Instead, they take fourth place. Therefore, Darren England and Dank Cook should be banned for at least one year and fined for the damage caused to Liverpool. The request is not to decide the final result of a rally in the VAR room. Is that such a big ask?

  15. Why is nobody mentioning the fact that the commentators missed the offside mistake as well? They didn’t even discuss it in this podcast straight after the game. Obviously they must know now they missed it after the referees association’s apology. That was the real controversy in this game though, and it’s just as amazing to me that Gary Neville thought it was offside as well as the VAR team!

  16. Spurs fans need to come back down to earth a little and realise they only beat Liverpool because of an own-goal when Liverpool were down to NINE MEN!!! They couldnt get the winner when Liverpoool had 11 on the pitch. Let that sink in. Spurs will finish outside the top 4. couldnt put the sword to 9 men.
