  1. I think it’s down the agent, he wanted more money so used Liverpool in negotiations, disgraceful really, no one will want to negotiate with such an agent in the future.

  2. He already had a verbal agreement with Chelsea from last season, so the reason why the Brighton CEO and the player's agent involved Liverpool was to squeeze the last drop out of an already done deal. Business? Yes. Ethical? I don't think so.

  3. Brighton the "auction" merchants who don't stand by their deadlines. Other clubs will be weary of dealing with a Brighton "deadlines" in the future. And Liverpool should be allowed to sue Caicedo's agent.

  4. People have to understand buying a player is NOT like buying a Racehorse or a Formula 1 Car- Players can THINK for themselves- Caicedo was a boyhood Chelsea Fan. He was NEVER going to Liverpool!!!
But for Lavia, I think SHOULD have STAYED with Southampton for another season and gain more experience at a good level- He might spend more time warming his ass on the bench than playing time at a Club like Chelsea!!!

  5. Would be so jokes if caicedo goes the same way potter and cucurella have gone lol chelsea will never get anything from brighton ever again then lol

  6. Yeah as a Chelsea FC fan I don't respect this guy. Someone comes to me for months only for me to sell to competition after several days of negotiations you decide to sell. You never wanted to sell to me and was waiting for a bidding war so you can have reason and options to sell to your preference. I hope CFC will kick their asses extremely hard on the pitch because they have taken us for a ride.

  7. As a Chelsea supporter Brighton new from the off that Caicedo wanted to come to us but they were cunning and crafty by dragging it on for months which I understood as they want to maximise their profit but accepting Liverpools bid in an auction knowing the player wanted Chelsea was foolish.
Liverpool were plain stupid for trying.
They knew he wanted Chelsea and made a fool of themselves.
In the end the hijackers got hijacked not once but twice.😂😂😂

  8. It’s all about dropping down a league or two . This is an absolute disgrace!! I mean that’s me I’m done with football full stop even talking about a female manager for the mens team !!!!!!!

  9. I think Brighton will develop a good young core that will develop great. One big sale can change a club. For example: Liverpool sold Coutinho to Barca for a huge fee. With that money they bought VD Alison, etc. one big sale can change a club with the right recruitment.
