  1. I mean what a complete whitewashing of what is happening. It's not privitised, they've nationalised them – it's amazing that with a straight face someone can say that the same people own four clubs in the same league and not point out how corrupt it is. Sky Sports are an embarrassment – it's their collusion all along that have sold out match going football fans and all they are interested in is money. No doubt they'll be showing games before too long.

  2. It showed how Saudi Arabia is trying to diversify its economy and boost its tourism and entertainment industry by investing in football. It also showed how the players are motivated by money, image and love of football to make the move to the Middle East. It also discussed the challenges and opportunities that these transfers present for both the players and the clubs involved. I learned a lot from this video and I think it is a good way to understand the current trends in the football market. I wonder how these transfers will affect the balance of power in world football and how the fans will react to them. What do you think?

  3. Sport washing at its best. Multi millionaire players going for more money. While women get stoned to death for breathing the wrong way. Sky need to drop this like a hot stone but they won’t because Murdoch doesn’t care about morals. And neither do any of these players going there.
Finally to me proves Messi is and always will be the better player and person. Shame on you SKY!

  4. Money rules the world after all, but I really don't think Saudi Arabia is doing the right thing by just splashing the money on players unless maybe the players themselves wants the move

  5. Don’t think it’s a major issue….I mean it’s not like it’s been happening for years…..China tried and failed, MLS tried it in the 70s and kept dipping in and out over the years….the end of the day European football is always the pull of football fans across the world. Can anyone name a Saudi football club without googling it? Vast majority will say no…..

  6. First they were taking over European teams.
Now one after another they're bringing in top European league players
One day they'll take over the entire sport. A time will come if not taken care that new and emerging special talents right after their breakthrough season will be offered a contract with unbelievable money and they'll accept and join the Saudi League
