22. Why would anyone turn the Chelsea job down. It's a no brainer. 5yr contract, average life of Chelsea manager a year and a half. So he'll be paid 5yrs money and probably only going to have to work under 3 with an opportunity to win silverware. Only a fool would turn it down.
