Four years (2015) is a long time in my opinion. Cam will never be the Cam of '15. People need to realize that and move on.
Could Cam replace Carr in Las Vegas?
I'd like to see Snyder & his clown car at least give him a meeting. He seemed solid at developing players, the in-game jobs (e.g. clock, game management, play calls), and good at building schemes around his players. That's a lot better than many of these coaches who try to find players to fit their fancy "system", or recycled turds like the ones in NYC who keep getting jobs based solely on their supposed skills with QBs.
Frankly, I'd talk to him and Mike McCarthy just to compare them. Both are guys who once developed somewhat volatile, high end QB prospects into real franchise QBs and made it to Superbowls even if they didn't win. And both have now been fired under similar circumstances. Much of the league concluded that McCarthy was washed up, but maybe not for Rivera.

he's like one of the 10 good coaches in the nfl. looks like the browns found their new coach for 2020. i forgot they're the browns they'll screw this opportunity up too.
I have respect for this new owner, he is really making huge changes and is very hands on. The panthers have created the best media team in the NFL out of nowhere, taking personnel risks, etc. It will be interesting to see where we go in the future.

3 winning seasons in 9 years, its not hard to see why we had to make this change. Cam made Ron not the other way around.
