  1. The Raiders hired away the two assistants that Belichick didn’t want to lose. Most of the assistant coaches that left & failed were on the defensive side. Don’t think McDaniel believe he can consistently win with Matt Jones even if Jones played better than the other Rookie QBs.

  2. Before we see the press conference, we have to hold some doubt because he did this with the colts and changed his mind the last minute. I will believe it when I see or hear the press conference and make it official.

  3. We'll see how McDaniels goes but the two of them, Ziegler, should create a more Offense orientated team. Well called and I think long term stability through the organisation. Fingers crossed for my Raiders. Let em cook Mark Davis, let em cook.

  4. Candidly Folks in Denver will NOT admit anything about Josh McDumbass! He sucked and almost ruined that team. Glad as a Broncos Fan that he will be with the Raiders.

  5. Derek Carr IS a top 5 QB

    . Probably a top 3 actually.

He's Cerebral, most accurate at the deep ball, and can scramble and create better then any pure pocket passer and turns guys into major weapons examples:

Waller, Renfrow, Ahgolor, Crabtree, Cook, I could go on.

  6. Thats great news for the AFC WEST . The raiders will become one of the worst teamz real fast ,an bill belichek will have all the film on the raiders an there playbook.
Josh is Belicheks lil mole !

  7. Dude accepted the colts HC job hired a staff in place only to change his mind the day of the press conference…but he’s “learned his lesson”

  8. Bring Herbert we beat them last year when it meant everything!!?!! As for the Chiefs yes they smashed us twice last year but the year before we beat them once and almost had them the 2nd time! The only thing I fear about the McDaniels hiring is he gonna be enough of a disciplinarian? We obviously had some issues to say the least this year and we need someone who's gonna nip that in the bud!! If this is true let's go! If he's a Raider them I'm riding with him!!

  9. This is an awful decision. Let's give Derek Carr his umpteen coach in his career. F#$k Mark Davis for this decision. This is total BS. Mark Davis showed no loyalty to the coaching staff that proved they can get the Raiders to the playoffs and would likely keep us as a playoff contender. Until proven otherwise, this is a major failure. Rich Bisaccia has the confidence of the team. McDaniels has yet to prove this. The bottom line is the Raiders are giving up on a proven coaching staff for something Davis THINKS will be better. Davis is an unworthy owners. I'm about to throw in the towel on the NFL and Raiders with top down decisions like these. I think the crypto world should start a new DAO football league where token owners (i.e. – the players, stakeholders and fans) have control over the decisions collectively. This old way of running a team sport and watching incompetent rich owners destroy a club is disconcerting. The fans deserve better and having one person make these decisions is absolutely asinine.

  10. Now that Indy has been playing musical quarterback for 4 years, he probably made the right move by backing out. If your heart isn't into something, why go through with it and make yourself and everyone involved miserable. The Colts made out well with Reich and McDaniels got some more tutelage under Belichick. The guy took over an 8-8 Broncos team that had whiny Jay Cutler on it who demanded a trade. They had Orton and Simms to replace Cutler so why not trade up to 25 and take Tebow. People act like there were HOF quarterbacks taken after him. Now there were a few Pro Bowl and future hall of famers taken down the line, but considering the team had those positions filled already with good players, I can't fault him for trying to improve that key spot. Seeing that the Chargers are still going to Charger no matter who is coaching, Mahomes seems to forget how to quarterback sometimes (Hello AFC Champ Bengals), and Denver is QB needy, he might do something great in Vegas.
