21. Look at Washington's history, Cousins(4th), Frerotte(7th), Humphries(6th), Rypien(6th), Schroeder(3rd), Theismann(4th). Other late draft QB's, Bulger(6th), Brunell(5th), Gannon(4th), B. Johnson(9th), M. Hasselbeck96th), B. Starr(17th), R. Staubach(10th), T. Brady(6th). There are plenty of other examples throughout the years and league.

His coach compared his quick-release, game prep and his brain to Drew Brees. And Brees apparently agrees with that. Interesting, we'll have to wait and see. For what it's worth, he's bigger and stronger than Brees. Maybe if Brees or Young had beards, or if Howell shaves his off, then he could be a hall of famer.
