4. What people fail to mention is the Steelers would have chose Willis IF they thought he had more upside, regardless of if it took a few years for him to reach that. They got Tribusky for that very reason. So it's obvious to me they not only 100% believe Pickett is more ready and the best qb at this point BUT also believe he has the most upside as well. They would not have takin Pickett simply cause he's more ready now. They feel he's got the higher ceiling. THE guy, the next Ben.

In a Draft where most teams passed on a QB multiple times, you have to hand it to the Steelers. They got their guy before any of the rest of them, and some of them (Ahem, Seahawks) didn't even get a guy.
