  1. NFL should look into coach Culley firing, I don't think he did anything wrong but accept the job, he was hired cause he was gonna be fired. And now they think they gonna get a good head coach lol

  2. The Texans are doomed whilst ever Jack Easterby is more than a 'Character Coach', he may be able to hold Bible Studies, play Chaplain to a team going through a crisis like murder and suicide but, being involved in "Everything. Personnel. Planning. Player pep talks. Daily life conversations, media-access issues and the general, overall state of the Texans." (Wikipedia) means No Sane Coach would entertain this job unless they are desperate .

  3. Mike Florio is in Primo Form, telling it like it is, with Peter King trying & failing to keep a straight face. Priceless! I love listening to these 2 intelligent Pro Football minds. Simply the Best!!!

  4. Dude on the left has a stick up his ? getting mad over Texans tweeting their thanks. Common courtesy. Culley new it was a bridge HC position. Got his dream made after all his years in the NFL as a position coach.

  5. Watson to Pittsburgh would be a freaky great match. He would have a great head coach and if they can also get the dolphins former head coach Floras as a position coach that would be great

  6. Hey Florio yes they fired him but they also gave him 17 million buyout so if they indeed intended to fire Culley why give him a fully guaranteed contract? Also an insider said to me Culley lost certain segments of the locker room so please stay quiet a bit more it was not the GM just firing him to fire him and then giving him the 17 million dollar consolation prize no unfortunately they fired him because yes there were issues and now they are going to hire the next person to try and take the next step

  7. Means nothing. How the many civil cases shakeout is the only thing that matters. If Watson isn't acquitted, he's done. If Watson settles, he's done. Then there is the criminal complaint, that's a wild card that could put him in jail. He's done.

  8. Go watch the games, the decisions that he made and the comments he made in press conferences. The guy did not have the slightest clue what he was doing. This team won 4 games in spite of him. Culley had to have known when he signed up there was absolutely no way he was going any longer than 2 seasons.

  9. Culley did a decent job under the circumstances. Houston hired the guy to pacify the Florio's of the world, not because they thought he was the best option. So it's pretty funny to hear the race baiters in NFL complaining.

  10. The trend some media are seeming interested in pushing is that Players should be the ones picking the GMs and coaches, I think that makes the NCAA look better and better to me. Lets turn the NFL into the NBA and remove the little stability it has it will go well with having terrible refs. NCAA is better pro Football.
