The New York Giants' problems go beyond Jason Garrett | Pro Football Talk | NBC Sports

Mike Florio and Charean Williams agree that Jason Garrett had to go, but also think that Joe Judge, Dave Gettleman and especially owner John Mara need to come in for criticism. #NBCSports #ProFootballTalk #JasonGarrett

  1. Just look at the eagles. They're rebuilding and they're in the middle of the playoff hunt. Giants have been rebuilding forever.. Gettleman has drafted more corners than o lineman , and all of the corners are busts.

  2. Bears need to snatch Garrett, he picks OC, First thing, BUILD OLINE. Bear Lines should be stars of team. Then everything falls into place.
    Then grab a separate DC.

  3. As a life long Giants fan I love this video we all know the Mara's are destroying this team again. They really need to get out the way and stop running the team likes it the 70's

  4. Daniel Jones is really not that bad of a QB. As a rookie in like 13 games he had 24 TD passes in Pat Shurmur's offense. Garrett's offense and the horrible offensive line have ruined his chances at improvement. He has also limited the amount of turnovers he was making his first two seasons (despite the boneheaded throw against Tampa).

  5. Let’s be honest, anyone blaming jones clearly doesn’t watch the giants. He has to carry Garrett’s bad play calling and a bad o line his whole career. Kid is already a top 15 qb, he’ll be a playoff qb next year.

  6. Dak prescott and Tony Romo were good because of Kellen Moore not Jason Garrett. Also Daniel Jones can win games he just doesn't have a strong supporting cast (OC). I feel Kitchens can change the narrative on Daniel Jones

  7. Daniel Jones is like watching a backup quarterback fooling everyone into thinking hes a starting QB. Hes not it. Never has looked like a good QB, even in college.

  8. Joe Douglas has been GM for 2 years and I would give him another two and the Jets have shown patience with their GMs. Gettleman has shown that he can't draft first rounders at all. Gettleman is finished.

  9. I wonder if Jason Garrett should evaluate his career path in the coaching field. He might be better off in the NFL back office for any team. Coaching is not happening for Jason. Also, to be fair to Jason, this happens a lot in the job market. Sometimes it takes some "soul" searching to find a job that is the best fit for you. Happened to me many times, until I found that the Technical field was my best fit. I tried Finance, Admin, Retail and Manufacturing. I did not excel in any of them, until I got into IT. Thirty years later, I had a very successful run in the IT industry and now I am retired.

  10. Bad hires for a decade.Gettlebum who couldn’t get a job anywhere else, Judge who has no experience even as a coordinator, Garrett who wasn’t gonna get an OC job anywhere else, Jones being drafted to be the QB….all need to go

  11. Won’t matter. Until you fix the offensive line and pass rush, nothing will change. Gettleman on day one said he would fix both and in 4 years hasn’t fixed anything.

  12. Thing is the organization passed on Josh Allen for Barkley then they passed on the other Josh Allen. I’m not giving any credit to J G but my god whoever is selecting players is the problem.
