  1. Ohh boo whoo..if you felt sooooo bad about it why didn't speak up about this WHEN IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!! This is not courageous….doing the right thing would have been speaking when it happened not 6 Yeats later… what mike did is the opposite of courageous…come on don't drink the cool aid

  2. Regardless of race it happens with every race the good ole boy system. Latino area/town team will hire more than likely a Latino. How’s the same for white or black areas let’s be REAL.

  3. Funny, but that's standard operating procedure for corporations. 80% (my totally no-supporting-data-for-that-number, but it's a lot) of internally and externally posted jobs are only out there to satisfy a requirement, but they already know who's got the job. Happened to me on both sides often during my career.

  4. Repeating this racist dilemma over and over is a joke, nothing is being done to remove these owners. Held accountable, I would have said but accountability takes care of nothing.

  5. This happens throughout every sector in America. It’s all about who you know. It is ridiculous. . Go interview for a job when they already have their guy. Smdh… Companies waste peoples time and efforts just to make sure they interview enough candidates.

  6. The offer of the money to lose games is the CASE here. It explains his firing and I said it the day he was fired that he had cost someone a lot of money!

  7. I just don’t see how someone thinks a team isn’t going to get the best head coach bc he’s black. Maybe there’s one out there who doesn’t care about getting the right coach(I still doubt) but I just believe most people want to win regardless of what color their coach is. Is that crazy of me? Mularkey was already interim so they shouldn’t have to interview anyone. Did I get something wrong?

  8. Mike: You and I both know the impact of that audio on a jury. It exponentially increases the probability and magnitude of a settlement. Even in the context of arbitration, it will be powerful. That's how litigation works.

  9. This "move" is very common in Hollywood studios. You audition for a gig you were never intended to get. In fact, It's a move Lorne 'SNL" Michaels is super notorious for. NFL is just now getting exposed.

  10. Don’t forget mukarky was a bridge coach to at his first hire. One n done at JAX.. Don’t worry all the stupid money your paying QB’s n receivers the league will slowly crumble.

  11. There should be an exception to the Rooney Rule if a team decides to keep an interim coach. If the Titans had already made up their mind on Mularkey it's the NFL's fault they had to do sham interviews.
