  1. If memory serves right, Harbaugh was kind of recommended to Ozzie by Bill Belichick when the Ravens were looking for their new HC in 2008 and asked around.

  2. Looking at some of these replies gee there are only a few coaches say 6 in his league. It's like getting a QB1 if you go 10 or more years wonderful. Quarterbacks should be taken out of the salary cap , but don't change the cap number. 6 runninback should get a minimum of $2 million a year. They seem replaceable, but that's because they have to be replaced. The physical toll is at its zenith playing tailback. 8 out of 10 times you carry the ball you are going to get hit hard. Every once in a while on a stretch play, they can run out of bounds. They might also side step or roll out of full contact. Look at the beasts playing defense who are coming and trying to knock the ball out. Hats off to all RBs
