  1. While I've already posted this was odd, but not unexpected or unprecedented in pro sports, I do have to contrast it with a similar situation with the Mariners. Baseball treats players like commodities arguably more than NFL does, and yet when it came for what appeared to be last game for Seager, Mariners and other team agreed to stop the game and sub him out so that he could literally take the 3rd base bag with him and wave to all the fans. That's the difference between handling something that is hard business but doing so in a professional manner.

  2. I was so bummed about us releasing Bobby and to hear how they did it is so annoying. I'm a Seahawks fan and no Seahawk fan is happy about this. I almost don't want to be associated with the Hawks. I live in Florida and we don't have many fans down here. I wore my hat a ton but now I don't even want to wear it. Bobby, you and Kam are my favorite Seahawks and I hope you do great with your next team and have a shot at a Superbowl because you deserve it. Russell didn't want to play for use and we could tell all year. You never cheated us as fans and always gave your best effort so thank you.

  3. I spit on the sea-chickens. They've shown their feathers time & time again. The great players that have played on this team all know what really goes on. smh, will never utter this team's name again. though I love the players, the others suck and deserve the karma coming. What makes it more shameful is that they post youTubes asking fans to thank Wagner, and they didn't have the courtesy of letting him know beforehand, like someone with real integrity. just shameful. the sea-chickens don't even deserve the players they have. it's definitely the culture in seattle

  4. Amen!!! Cutting Bobby Wagner hurts worse than Russell Wilson being traded. Pete & Schneider SUCK for stabbing Bobby in the back and the 12s’ backs!

  5. I think people need to wind their heads in …This is not kindergarden it is professional sport..I admit Bobby , class act but he knows how it all works … As for Russ thanx for the meemories but if we had got the 2nd one under our belts your legacy would have been truly etched in stone. As it is it will always be "unfinished buisness" a bit like your play for the last 4-5 years…

  6. They made a huge mistake getting rid of the seahawks team leaders. Yes the money is a big part of thus but come on John Schneider up are killing me. I can see Russ but with John's inept draft picks we all know we're this is going. Not good.

  7. Just because they didn't have a parade for you and kiss your butt doesn't mean you were disrespected. He was cut, they knew that he knew he was cut. They gave him millions of dollars in respect. Everybody moves on to go make even more millions. Boo Hoo.

  8. He’s his own agent. Wagner was NOT blindsided. We’ve all known since January that he was getting restructured or released. While theres an element of truth do his tweet, there’s more to this story. Wagner was not sitting on his couch watching ESPN and saw his release on the ticker.
