  1. This is a stupid take. He's maintaining his innocence, and not allowing him to play until CIVIL cases were settled would just give the opposing attorney motivations to drag everything out. They could just threaten him to settle & admit guilt or drag it out nearly indefinitely.

  2. What Mike doesn’t seem to understand is this isn’t about money for these women. They want their day in court. They want this man who wronged them to be punished and him writing a couple little checks off his $230 million dollar contract isn’t going to satisfy them.

  3. This was a hit a hit job by texans
After watson wanted out. Anybody who think these lawsuits would have happened
If watsons stayed with texans is a fool.
The lawyer is a big time texans fan.
I believe coordinated this with texans owner or higher ups in organization. When they call it conspiracy then you know you are on to something . hopefully someday the truth comes out like jfk assination

  4. 1. They are ALLEGATIONS. 2. The only reason these cases are still active is because WATSON REFUSED TO SIGN A NDA. He didn’t want this to disappear into the darkness. He wanted the truth out.

  5. I'm surprised the female reporters for ESPN, FOX, NFL Network have FAILED historically to voice any resistance or anger about this side show that was his free agency. It's mind boggling that this man was so coveted, and it's more mind boggling that the women who HAD A VOICE (Aditi Kinkawabala among many others) remained dead silent. In the area of credibility and character ladies….you failed!

  6. Any chance the Texans had at reaching the Superbowl in the near future disappeared with the trade of Deshuan Watson . The Texans brain trust failed the franchise enormously . The first round picks the Texans will receive more than likely will be late first rounders . The Texans were fighting an up hill battle in a loaded AFC now their fight will be that much harder without an elite quarterback . There's only seven playoffs spots available in the AFC and chances are the seven elites quarterbacks will secure those spots for their team . The elite seven , in my opinion , are Patrick Mahomes , Josh Allen , Russell Wilson , Deshuan Watson , Lamar Jackson , Joe Burrow , Justin Herbert .

  7. I agree he should make good if he did it. But theres no evidence to say he did, so why should he settle it? Innocent until proven guilty right?

  8. Florio literally just pitched money is the only thing that makes this right! Haha his niece and this guys mom should be ashamed of these guys! Grandstanding just to make a point!
    The grand jury cleared him!
Does the court system not matter?

  9. Innocent until proven guilty yet y'all acting like he's guilty. The timing of the cases with his trade demand is plus the fact HE'S the one who DOESN'T want a non disclosure agreement makes me think this is a hit job schemed up by billionaire owners Because he threatens the contractual system. Billionaires can a hundred people to make false accusations let alone 22

  10. With ALLLLL due respect to your niece, Florio, I don't care what white women have to say about Desahun Watson. We're not gonna act like this guy got convicted of anything. Too many white women feel comfortable acting as if he did. I don't like, it smells funny to me.

  11. The money is guaranteed too. So the Browns just mortgaged their next 5 years plus 3 first rounds and more. It's surprising a man that has been accused of…….gets paid 230 million dollars. Most people would be fired and it would be difficult to find a job. I'm a chief fan and I'd be sick if the Chiefs did this because they needed a QB. Too bad Watson didn't take a knee!

  12. Here's my thing at this point. I'm really done discussing whether he did it or he didn't. At this point he's going to settle. That's where this is going. Something that caught my attention was that apparently he wants no NDA so he can talk about it. That had better go both ways. You can't just be allowed to essentially call the women liars (which is what defending himself would amount to) if they're gagged by an NDA and can't reciprocate.

  13. That part needs a massage too, so what's the problem. You know him and the owner of the Patriots ought to open up their own chain of parlors that can offer the customer what they want.
