Them moving to Vegas played a huge part into what happened to Ruggs. Absolutely tragic. He seems like such a kind and polite young man. I’m a lifelong Chargers fan, and my heart truly goes out to the victim and her family along with Ruggs and his family. His NFL career is over because of a stupid decision. I have no doubt he wishes to God he never got into that car. Just so sad all around.
