Cristiano Ronaldo is available for Manchester United’s crucial Premier League clash with Tottenham on Saturday, live on Sky Sports, but Ralf Rangnick admits he does not know if the forward is happy at Old Trafford.

Ronaldo missed last weekend’s chastening 4-1 derby loss to Manchester City due to injury but is set to return for the visit of top-four rivals Spurs.

«He resumed training yesterday. He trained the whole training session and I expect him to be in training today as well,» United interim manager Rangnick said.

  1. Looks like Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did quite well, all the players are happy with him, he had good results most of the time until the end period. They even finished 2nd in the league. And the team were good to watch, much better to watch than the had been. I think if Old had some more experts with him things could have improved further.

  2. It’s so weird how they don’t realize how biased they sound trying to pick out Ronaldo’s faults every single time while at the same time asking and hoping Rashford is feeling good. I love both players as a Man U fan, they are a team and teammates… the media play a role in sowing seeds of discord into our club and its very annoying.

  3. Hat trick answers your question skysport? You guy were all about he is too old and all that crazy crap. Slap in the face right there to the one that doubts him. Most of the drama is created by the media. Bunch of looser sat there and talking crap

  4. Ronaldo was never injured. He was dropped and spat out his dummy.
How can you be injured on Sunday, not train all week until Friday and be ready to play fully fit 6 days later on Saturday?
The Man United players are taking the absolute piss out of the club, the manager, the fans, the coaches, the medical staff and their teammates.
There's a toxic 'every man for himself' attitude in that dressing room that's embarrassing the club in front of the entire Worlds audience and for some reason the United fans keep blaming the board and the managers.
Those players got OGS sacked, some of them got Mourinho sacked and some of them even got Van Gaal sacked yet they're all still there whinging and sulking, blaming the interim manager and board again, blaming tactics etc.
No manager can be blamed for the dismal lack of desire and effort.
The manager can select a starting 11 based on their efforts in training but then when CR7 is left out due to his lack of form and work ethic out of possession, he just fucks off to Portugal on a private jet like a spoilt little brat and fabricates an injury so he doesn't have to sit on the bench with the fans and media knowing that he's been dropped.
    It's farcical.
The first one out of the door should be Ronaldo.
He's not the long term solution to United's problems. He's a big baby all out for himself and personal records, he doesn't care about the team, he just wants to play in a team that feeds him the ball to score so he can accumulate as many goals as possible before retiring and when he's asked to track back or press he's not interested and never has been.

  5. I guess when you’re involved you have to take some culpability for your clubs performances but if I had to be really honest… the manager hasn’t been the problem at all, it’s these United players that just miss chance after chance, they say they’re not happy with his style but then go out to Middlesbrough cause penandes can’t hit an open net from 6 yrs like how can you blame the manger then?

  6. The atmosphere at utd must be toxic. Ronaldo had never had problems anywhere else, so the issue must be some of the other players. Ronaldo is a winner. They are not. Simple. He is probably disgusted with the attitudes of the other players.
