  1. Well the thing is that a football match doesn't last for 10 minutes. And if you have messi in your team, possibilities are that you won't need someone to clutch the game at the end, because messi would clear the match from the start.

  2. Bro of course messi goal ratio is going to be better, he’s played in the same league all his life where as ronaldo has played in 3 of the best leagues in the world

  3. MESSI – 0 international trophies that screw said ??? meanwhile Messi has a u19 WC and a Copa America with 4 international POTTs 3 international goalscorer awards and 2 international playmakers award and also has a Olympic gold medal ?? Ronaldo on the other hand has a nation's league and has won a Euros, while 0 international POTTs and 2 international goalscorers award excluding that fifa special he got this year because it was a special award for his record if someone scores more than him in future the guy will automatically become the holder of that record award and has 0 playmakers award and 0 Olympic medals

  4. Neville said "choose player on peak, to bring in when 10 minutes are left" meanwhile Ronaldo's per 90 min goalscoring peak was in 2017 and the fact that he created 12 chances and 4 big chances that season just to put in perspective, Messi in this season when everyone is saying Messi is finished he has 40 chances and 11 big chances ?? by choosing Ronaldo he is saying that I will choose a goalscorer that depended on Kroos, Modric, Benzema to feed him assists at his peak and used to get angry on Bale not passing… While Messi's per 90 peak was in 2012 and Messi was in top 5 players with most assists that year makes me say Neville is an avg man utd fan kind of guy which he has proven he is over the years.. ? and the fact he said Ronaldo is more complete cause he can score in more ways ??? that is a complete Goalscorer not a player, a complete player is the one who can have a gboot and a Playmakers Award in a single season guess who has it ? Messi has won both in a single year twice while also is the record holder for both ?

  5. Goat Debate this must be a joke let me just bring in Lebron James Aka Lecarry and Ronaldo Aka the white lebron. What's one thing that is common yet almost impossible to achieve time and time again? They both swap teams and win a championship that brings them above the rest when talking about the Goat debate.

  6. The fact that they only used goals and used INCORRECT stats for Messi to make him seem worse, and he STILL has better goalscoring stats. Crazy. Ronaldo is quantified in stats, what Messi does isn't. That's the difference

  7. Old debate. Midfield was always a position deemed for the better player, more technical etcetera. Yet, to be a great striker is very hard, or else everyone would score tons of goals. Like Ferguson said it, Ronaldo would score an hat trick with any team in the EPL when he was younger. For Messi, we will never know. He played with perhaps one of the greatest team of all time alongside Xavi and Iniesta, and now he is with PSG a superstar team…..Meanwhile Ronaldo performed everywhere he went….

  8. Used to be biased about CR7, being a Portuguese person who Supports Man United. Everyone around me also being Portuguese and biased towards CR7, but once you analyze the game, it becomes crystal clear that Messi is on a whole other level. CR7 is an unbelievable goalscorer, but Messi is as well even though he is a playmaker. That is what separates them for me. Messi can do what Ronaldo does, but Ronaldo can’t do everything Messi can.

  9. Messi as a substitute – 98 games, 48 goals, 7 assists
    Ronaldo as a subsittute – 95 games – 20 goals, 8 assists
You are telling me wou would rather have Ronaldo come on than Messi in the last 10 minutes.

  10. If the stats are so similar then the eye test is another story that can’t be quantified. For over a decade, every time Messi touches the ball you can’t take your eyes off. Just don’t feel that w CR7
