Love how we beat the Eagles and they clinch a spot before us with the same record as us. Would love to see them play in the NFC West and not get 4 games against Washington and NY every season.
Wow actual numbers and reporting.
$100 says the nfl does whatever they have to officiating-wise to squeeze a bad Pittsburgh team into the playoffs one last time before Rothlisberger quits.
We are not bout to help no dam saints clinch the play offs
What happens if Chargers and Raiders tie?
9ers aren’t making the playoffs
49ers had a tougher schedule AND beat the Eagles but the Eagles clinched?! Bizarro NFL league office logic. Need to change these rules. I am not a Eagles hater either.
According to this chart, the Saints enjoy a higher percentage chance of making the playoffs than the 49ers even though the 49ers have a better record than the Saints. LOL.
If the niners lose they’ll also need the Saints to lose for them to get in the playoffs
This guy is a one-trick-pony. We've been seeing his thing since the 2020 elections. Next trick?
Sucks the Saints fuckin won yesterday…..ain't no way we're (SF) are gonna beat the rams.
Why is watching Kornacki nerd out over numbers and touchscreens is so satisfying?
What happens if 49ers Saints and Eagles gets 9-8 after week 18?
55
Falcons gonna throw that game yo spoil niners chances
Can anyone confirm or correct me about why the Eagles needed the 49ers to win to clinch the playoffs?
Eagles 9-7
49ers 8-8 (if lose)
Saints 8-8
This could end in the same 9-7 3-way tie that could still potentially happen… however, in this scenario the 49ers beat the Rams, and the Eagles are losing to the Cowboys, giving the 49ers the divisional tiebreaker above the Eagles.
NOW, since the 49ers won, if they beat also the Rams then Eagles have head-head tiebreaker over the Saints…
OR, in the 3 way tie they have the divisional tiebreaker over the 49ers
Let's give Cowboys a L!
Go 49ers. You can win against the Rams and be in the Playoffs.
The eagles haven’t beaten a single team with a winning record and now they clinched a spot. They just beat terrible teams
Eagles only have a better conference record cuz they in a trash division they r a trash team that has no chance at winning in playoffs none
The idea of a pathetic saints team going instead of the 49ers is a joke…come on
This is the problem with a current format..
There will be a three way tiebreaker at the spot if the niners and eagles lose . All three teams 9-8, but the order would be saints<eagles< niners, as the niners beat the eagles and the eagles beat the saints.
Obviously it doesn’t but this is the problem the conferences are in no way even and it’s this across the board.
AFC south is a joke at the bottom, nfc north this year down, NFC south again a bad conference , then you look at NFC west and the worst team is the Seahawks who when they’re playing decent aren’t bad. You have two 12 win teams in the conference and a solid 7 win team in addition to the niners. That’s why the conference part sucks.
But imagine if it’s just a tiebreaker between eagles and saints , eagles have head to head, if it’s 49ers eagles 49ers have head to head. The system just sucks for tiebreakers
Perfect for Saints
I routing for the Saints, I want them to play the Bucks in the first round ?
Let’s gooo Rams!!! WHODAT
So proud of my eagles I hope the saints get in the defense fought all year .
This is Why I Love the San Fransisco 49ers Report, News and Rumors . The Gift of Knowledge, Explanations and… The Man Chase Has many things covered. He'll cover it all. Niners BABY
Wheres afc?
If the Saints win (vs Atlanta, which N.O. will be favored) and the 49er's lose against LAR (which SF will be the underdog), they will both end up at 9-8 and NO has the tie-breaker against SF
Fly eagles fly ?
As a Cardinals fan, this is the first time I’m rooting for the niners to win
Saints over niners in the playoffs is bad tv
How the eagles clinch n we don't???
Niners
So the Eagles clinched a playoff spot as the 7th seed with the same record as the 49ers who hold the 6th seed and the Eagles were also defeated by the 49ers this season, yet the 49ers are still fighting to make the playoffs? WTF. Lol
Watch saints gonna get in
Cuz rams need that win next week
all the playoff berth clincher teams are going to be resting their starter next week so 49er gonna hvae a field day against the rams.
So Bucs may play Saints again for all we know lmao
If the niners and saints both lose next week the niners get that last spot still?
Green helping green
