12. Not a city fan, but this is as bigger blow than KDB being out for a season. As they have a few options in attacking midfield. Rodri is irreplaceable and rarely loses a game. I don't think that any of the governing bodies are going to reduce the number of games that a team is expected to play, what i believe will happen is they will put a limit on how many games a player can be selected and play (perhaps set it so a player is only allowed to play 40 games in a season)

    & where is the pro's union (professional footballer's association) in all of this. They are supposed to negotiate for their constituents, that's what they are being paid for. 33. I don't understand how pros are not fit enough to play a game every 3-4 days… growing up we used to play 2 sometimes 3 games in 1 single day. But these guys get 3-4 days to rest and still say it's too much. How about they act more professional and take care of themselves and stay fit rather than going out to night clubs and partying and maybe they would be more fit and stop getting injuries.
