27. As I understand it the charges relate to deliberate dishonesty and deliberate obstruction and not accidental. In other words, fraud.

    If true then the proper sanction is to ban City from all professional leagues.

50. I've not seen owners of any football club invest so heavily in the surrounding area as much as Man Citys owners. I'm a United fan and I think it would be a disgrace to punish the only owners who are doing the right thing by the local community. I don't care how much they've spent on players, they can still only field 11 players. I don't see what the problem is.
