  1. We all know how this will end up when it comes to the "bigger" clubs. They'll get a £115 million penalty. No relegation…No stripping of titles…they might even get away with all of this.

  2. All good and fair

But why do you treat City differently?

What about Chelsea? Newcastle? United when the Glazers took over?

And these are just English examples

Dont act like City are the only ones who used montetary power to increase performance.

And then we havent even talked about US clubs in the 80s, PSG, RB Leipzig, all the Saudi clubs, Chinese clubs or the Russian clubs in the late 2000s.

  3. If the English FA is for real and these charges are proved then they should lose all titles won , lose their CL title , get relegated from the PL into the championship , Be banned from the CL for 3 years and be hit with a transfer ban for 3 years on top. It’s absolute ridiculous that a club could have 115 charges and be found innocent. They have been cooking the books that’s why they didn’t want anyone or want to hand over the books.

  4. all the top clubs except the Gunners abuse the financial fair play yet NONE of them ever are held accountable yet a team like Teams who dont meet the rule by half a million get nailed and lose mega points and cant transfer or anything,

MANY smaller teams are punished but big teams like City United Chelsea n so forth get away with it all the time
they will get away with everything and buy themselves out of the problem.

what SHOULD happen is they lose ALL titles and trophies, all players bought during that time frame should be made to be sold and banned from all comps for 3 years except domestic league and be relegated with a transfer embargo for 5 years

  5. As I understand it the charges relate to deliberate dishonesty and deliberate obstruction and not accidental. In other words, fraud.

If true then the proper sanction is to ban City from all professional leagues.

It also impugns their trophies so they need to be stripped of all trophies during the period in question.

  6. No matter what video or information it is, there are always City fans whining crying and coping in the comments with their massive egos fueling the fire, while supporters of other clubs chime in with actual reason… only for City fans to come back with "nah we innocent" or something stupid, often including insults. This then sparks the occassional animated fan of another club to start fighting back with insults of their own.

I just saved you the entire comments section, you are welcome.

City are guilty, we all know it, we just all want our own different outcomes. Let's wait and see and just support football as a whole. Unity, not war.

  7. Lets be honest, chrlsea just sold a hotel to themselves somehow to get around this. because the middle east gurus owm so much oil they couldn't care for money or the rules. Theyll hire every lawyer in the USA to tell the judges to stfu if needed. Look at that big tower that they built. Its a middle finger to the man. The owners of man city will do wtf they want

  8. The problem is that the government are so far up the ar*e of the Saudi's that they won't want anything negative to happen to one of their friends companies, no matter how many rules they have broken. On the other hand, every single supporter of clubs other than City will be outraged if nothing happens to a club that have been very blatantly ruining the game since they bought themselves out of league 1. The argument from City fans always seems to be, "Liverpool, United etc spent lots of money". They spent money they earned from success, it's the difference between working all your life and becoming a millionaire, and robbing a bank.

  9. I've not seen owners of any football club invest so heavily in the surrounding area as much as Man Citys owners. I'm a United fan and I think it would be a disgrace to punish the only owners who are doing the right thing by the local community. I don't care how much they've spent on players, they can still only field 11 players. I don't see what the problem is.
