25. Both the games 3-5-2 just doesn't make the cut. Play any formation u should have 2 wingers and 2 fb/WB to stretch the defence which in turns allows the striker or attacking midfielders to raid in the box and create space. Poch bottled up without 2 wide players on each side top side can't compete they would not be able to unlock defences. Prime example conte first season 3-4-3 second season 3-5-2 we were limping in the second season. Sir Alex use to play 2 strikers but he always had 2 winger and 2 fb to stretch the defence.

    Chelsea managers and owners have literally have been naive in thinking just spending money and out players together is all you have to do to be a successful team. It's made that every single player in the last year is potential , not a single one is world class or established. If the age or experienced players with potential were more balanced out they would be more successful but it's just hard to look at that team and see where the money has been spent. Why didnt they in the last year target, Mbappe, Kane, Rice, Bellingham , Gvaldiol, ect……

39. Its fascinating reading all the comments on this thread compared to last week's MNF. Nearly all the comments here are about how crap Carney is whereas last week, she was on the show as well and hardly anyone mentioned her. This shows me that the criticism has nothing to do with sexism at all, it's just about wanting to maintain the quality of a product. I hope that Sky are the sort of company who will act quickly if they see the viewing figures plummet, as opposed to the likes of Disney who seem content with it.
