  1. One of the commentators said despite Son's stepping up, it's upmost important to have Harry Kane in the team as the focal point and that he's the game changer, to win the game…. And then the CL final happened……………. *face palm. I kinda wonder if the result might have been different if Harry Kane was not the focal point in the team but maybe Son….

  2. Had VAR not been in then the the goal would have incorrectly been allowed. The linesman had his flag down. As a football supporter totally approve of VAR. Stops those what if moments. Pedro Mendes against United. Enough said.

  3. As a spurs supporter I’m more scared to play Ajax then Man City Ajax are so quick ngl i think spurs will win but Ajax aren’t a joke and we can’t take them like a joke

  4. Fair play to Merson who is a Gooner through and through, even he said that to score three goals at the Etihad, anything can happen in the semi, fair play to you Mers COYS

  5. No, let’s not go overboard with this. Great game, but far from one of the greatest matches ever. It doesn’t come close to the Liverpool-Milan final in Istanbul in 2005 for instance

  6. Great videos as always Chris… You've got my vote. I am confident we will finish top 4, as we're playing 3 out of the 4 remaining games at home, which is becoming a fortress! COYS!

  7. You wish it was an Ajax/Liverpool Final ?? Both Jewish Clubs?????
I have worked with a multitude of Jewish Guys,in Finance, since joining a Chartered Accountancy firm in Moorgate, Central London 48 years ago in 1971…..I can tell you that BOTH Chairmen will spend the whole evening telling each other how rich and clever they are. They can't stop themselves……..
To be fair I am only talking about 95% of those I have met over the last near 50 years of working in The City…..

  8. No….and it was exciting but it was predicted to be this kind of game before kick-off. The Spurs home win and no away goal conceded set this 2nd leg up to be exactly how it turned out and it was no surprise. Especially when you look at the attacking quality of both teams.
I feel games that you would expect to be dull and not many goals in but turn out to be classics should be ranked higher in the exciting category than these kind of games where it's very predictable that both teams are just going to go for it the entire match they have no choice it's going to be close either way but they both knew they had to go for it, the team who sat back was always going to lose the tie.
Obviously neither team did sit back but there had to be a loser so it was all set to be this kind of game.

  9. Definitely NOT. Is a game with two naive teams going gungho; both very unprofessional and with "school boys" game management. Two players need to be contained, City's Raheem Sterling and Spurs' Son Heung-min…both teams' defence was very naive and static. City at home conceding three is proof.
Paul Merson still don't understand the rules about 'hand ball', he should watch learn from Peter Walton's explanation.
