‘He received offers from Arsenal and Tottenham but he wanted to play for an elite club’ ????
Dont dress it up unless its a tap in hes crap end of
Sterling wanted to join an elite club that's why he rejected arsenal
I'm more excited to watch walker and Sterling pace for pace
Finally he is at a big club
the most hated club in the world, Man City…
Its a win win for both clubs.
City have other players with the same calibre as Sterling.
City got hige money and alos freed up salary for new player.
Chelsea got a good player.
Sterling got a good pay hike and Guaranteed game time before WC
He was never a Pep player because he cannot keep the ball consistently. The number of times possesion is lost by Sterling for City and England is high, and when possesion is king as it is for Pep that is unacceptable.
Kaky is the reason why he left
It's pep first mistake this season for Sterling
most world class players flop at Chelsea
Cuz too many wingers. Didn't need Grealish
As far as I'm aware no one at Man City has come out and said they offered him a new contract. He didn't really have a choice. If a club really wants you, they do not allow a player's contract to get close to the last year. I personally think the transfer was best for all parties concerned. Raheem was no longer a certain starter and it had become obvious his confidence was getting destroyed. Man City virtually got the transfer they paid for him back
Silly question – ?????
Pep doesn't like black players
Lost his starting position to Foden, a natural midfielder. Also, probably living in London again is another pull for him.
Cuz he's a bencher
because Pep talk
this dude from the athletic seems really nervous tallking
He wanted more money and city decided he wasnt worth paying more.
The coach is racist
because Haaland & Alvarez are better
The Manager is just Racist to Black players period
Who cares what were the reason, he left and thats the end of it
Sky take the piss with their video titles, literally spoke about Sterling for 10seconds
i dont get the hype behind chelsea they surely wont bee winning the league ahead of man city and liverpool
The quality of the interviewees has really nosed dived.
Guaranteed a first team start at chelski not at city he ain't.
Who is this yes man
Simply he wasn't getting into the starting lineup, as he was,, but still leaving city to Chelsea is a downgrade at the moment
City has top players all around. Pep can't garauntee players they will play every game. It will depend on how they perform.
Players under pep play their best football in thier career with the exception of eto and perhaps a couple others. f.tores, negrado, sane haven't turned up ever since in my opinion. Very good bit of business of Chelsea and a win for stearlings pocket for sure, football is changing again move made sense rebuilds all over..
The lad is looking for more guaranteed game time, Guardiola has an embarrassment of riches in the forward areas hence Sterling was no guaranteed starter
47.5m is a bargain, he coming into his prime years. He has potential to be one of the signings of the season if he kicks on at Chelsea and get game time he wanted
I'm a chelsea fan and I am about as excited as a bag of gobstoppers that he is at my club a city castof he is overated in my opinion should have got ronaldo instead 5 out of ten player
He left because the manager is… well pep is not even hiding at this point
Surplus to City requirements
Pep Guardiola cost ManCity 3 Champions League trophies by experimenting with a false 9. ManCity fans blame Sterling for the loss at PSV when they should have been blaming Pep. Sterling plays great with a proper number 9 and that's why he is great for England because he has Harry Kane. Instead of signing Halaand last year, Pep signed Grealish and that decision cost them the Champions League again. After many failures experimenting with the false 9, Pep decides to sign Halaand. Sterling had enough and bounced. It's going to be interested in seeing how well Grealish Foden Mahrez and Bernardo play alongside Halaand because all these wingers like to hold onto the ball where as Sterling gets the ball quickly into the number 9, that's why he is good for England. If Klopp coached ManCity he would have won at least 4-5 Champions League trophies.
Because Chelsea bought him and he agreed…. Plain and simple sky sports news… more pointless YouTube videos ??
He was used and his time was up
he trash simple as that???
