I'd say we definitely need a back up Left Back to Robbo, a back up Centre Back that is an upgrade on Lovren, a creative Midfielder/Playmaker, and a new top quality Striker like Werner to take some of the pressure off the front three and add a lot more squad depth. It's also an option to integrate Firmino into the number 10 position behind Werner in a 4-2-3-1 formation. Also another back up winger if Shaqiri leaves and that Mane and Salah will be off to AFCON mid season.

30. Problem is..When ur starting XI is so good and consistent are you going to be able to get good enough players (quality wise ) that will be prepared to sit on the bench more often than not? I'm not so sure..Therein lies the problem..Getting the right player doesn't ALWAYS mean it has to be a massive name

35. Could sign a better a striker. Firmino is bang average. Very lucky to have Salah and Mane next to him otherwise he would of been found out a long time ago.

36. Werner can play as CF or LWF. If we get him, I can see Firmino playing as 10 or AMF. Keep Origi and use him ONLY as CF. In that case we would just need to promote Chirivella to reinforce the midfield and say Lallana goodbye.
    And we also need to find a fit and reliable CB. Gómez, Lovren and Matip are too injury prone. Lovren is the one to leave.
    Itll be hard to find a substitute for Robbo. Unless it's someone who can play sometimes as CB or midfielder. Not much room on the bench.

38. Liverpool needs to upgrade its midfield. Right now their midfield in underwhelming, yes they have work-horses but they severely lack creativity. I understand the focal point of their playmaking are the full-backs but Liverpool needs midfielders who can act as supplementary creators.

    After that their starting 11 is perfect then they seriously need to upgrade the bench. The disparity in quality between Man City's bench and Liverpool's is staggering. Liverpool needs a back up left back and back up left/right-wingers.
