I remember watching the game where he had like 6 bruised ribs and a fractured back and kicked ass with pain in his eyes. Was a raw love and dedication to the game u don't see alot of anymore. Was hard to watch him give up that torch to dak.
Not letting Tony come back for that season will haunt Jerry cause dak n dunk is garbage

It sickens me the cowboys didn't let him play when he recovered! Everything was in place for him to make the Superbowl that year and Dallas blew it.

If Dallas had had a defense all those years, Room wouldn't have had to engineer those comebacks, and make mistakes trying to makeup for the D losing points. Room should have at LEAST 2 rings

Man this hurts to watch, so many disappointments. But one thing you always had with Romo is hope. I still remember watching that Monday Night Football game against Buffalo where he had 5 picks but still had the game winning drive. Oh what could have been…(I'm not even getting into the Packers game).
I love Romo. He didn't win a superbowl. But he wont the hearts and minds of many. He's a great player.
The pain that he inflicted alone byhis play was only magnified by his regular seasons that provided so much expectation and hope! The great reg. seasons ALWAYS led to a freaky (WE KNOW SOMETHING IS GOING TO SCREW IT UP, Somehow) We've had teams with great potential, like most of the super bowl participants, and champions. As a DIE HARD fanatic. I'll! continue to keep a realistic view of my team to maintain a healthy b/p. Fans who follow a team know what I'm TAWKIN'BOUT! Finally, in his defense. The Cowboys got screwed, AND THE WHOLE WORLD SAW IT, AND KNOWS IT. Even if you hate the Cowboys. For whatever reason it is. They stole HIS-story.
I live in Janesville WI and I remember when Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson went to eat at the "Olive Garden" (Tony was in town to golf at the local golf course) it was big news in Janesville.
In a town of 70K people, Romo and Jessica had the place buzzing.
I was never a Tony Romo Fan, But I am now!
