In this video, I talk about the top 5 trading cards to buy now before the prices get any higher. I’ve been researching the basketball card market the most recently, however, I’ve been watching which baseball cards and football cards are solid investments. Pokemon cards are not my expertise but I have been buying a few. The same applies to hockey cards.

  2. Hey Matt, what do you think about cards between the years 1985 and 2000? In baseball and hockey at least, I think these cards have pretty much no value because of overproduction.
    I personally go for 2005+

I'm sticking to NBA and that's that I've got one sick collection for a less than a year in it and bad as I hated to see the pokemon catch fire right when I was about to start selling then in walks pokemon but I have zero probs holding my Jordan kobe wilt etc collection as well as newer players I came for INVESTMENT purposes but my gut led me to if I sell when market is low like now I'm still gonna double my MONEY at a minimum

  23. Some of Kareem's success back in the day was the Ronda Rousey effect. In the 50s and 60s very very few NBA players made a living playing the game. Same goes for Ronda EVERY woman MMA fighter minus maybe 3 was a weekend warrior and Ronda ruled the land until money came into women's MMA and every fighter was sponsored and suddenly Ronda could not compete.

  25. As far as pokemon is concerned, english versions of the cards are most desirable because they were more brittle. Japanese cards were better quality and therefore higher grades are more difficult in english sets.

    Order of desirability for graded cards are as follows:

    Pokemon only (i.e. Charizard, Pikachu, etc.) (very few trainer cards are worth anything, only a couple of energy cards were worth anything)
    -Holo and 1st edition
    -Holo
    -1st edition

    Error cards are also desirable and easier to spot in English versions
    The series/sets to go for are from when Wizards of the Coast printed and managed the rules of the game before The Pokemon Company ended the contract (around 1999-2004 I believe)

I need you to try and contact me I have every baseball card you have ever mentioned in perfect shape and more I have so many I don’t know what to do with them I need to try to sell them or maybe pick out the best ones out of it I would love toMaybe sit down and meet with you and go through these cards maybe there are some that you could add to your collection I think you would really appreciate these cords I need help with them there’s too many and I know nothing about them except for the things that you have listed

  28. Hey bud, I need a serious advice on having my cards graded? I live in the uae. Do I send my cards to psa submitters from the US? (personally think it's going to be very expensive since I have to pay them and pay for shipping from US back n forth to me) or do I send directly to Psa but I'm not sure if Psa will send it back to my address international.

  36. I e worked a long time getting Kareem cards from the 69 rookie Lew Alcindor I bought for 125 bucks a few years ago that got a psa 7 my favorite is the 72 topps I picked up for 35 that got a psa 9. Vintage cards of hall of famers will always trend up.
