  1. The idea that you can become a great QB by watching a great QB – nonsense. You learn by playing the game and building on your talents. Learning the mental aspects of the game at game speed against top competition. Even with that some develop into great players some remain average. But he is not getting any of that experience.

  2. Every year it’s the same situation. Rodgers is not apart of ota’s and every year the media asks a backup “what are your feelings about Said Qb not there?”

  3. Much respect to Love.. The guy has handled himself like a pro and I want nothing but the best for him. I hope they can find a great spot for him and potentially move him.

  4. You guys
Jordan love was younger than all the quarterbacks drafted
    in this year's draft
    plus he has more experience
    so he's more valuable now
than he was when he got drafted

  5. Lol what are these questions, like whats the dude supposed to say, no aaron needs to get here and get reps in or no aaron needs to leave so I get my shot…

  6. Jordan is in QB school let him learn at his pace, he’s gonna be ready when the time comes and who knows maybe he will become Green Bay’s third HOF QB in a row

  7. I think somthing they didn't think of is people said love would need to sit after draft. And if you think they are wasting is year. Look at loves age then look at the age of the qb draft this year.

  8. I do not feel bad for him. He is not very good. If he was drafted by another team he may be out of football. Without the Packers he probably would not have been a first round pick. He gets a rookie contract of 1st round draft pick money. Then extends his career longer by some team giving him a chance with another contract after his rookie deal.

  9. It's a good situation for the team… you have the MVP coming back with a recent first rounder as a backup, continuing to learn the game. Rodgers sat a lot of prime years behind Favre.

  10. Guys you just need to leave this subject alone. You obviously don't get the Packers, Jordan Love or Packers fans. The way you keep desperately sticking a pry bar into this subject to try to manufacture controversy out of NOTHING is making me doubt you know anything about football at all. Just admit you are wrong and walk away. The pick wasn't "wasted". It was brilliant! Best backup we've had since Mark Brunell and real Packers fans love him.

  11. I think what the Packers are doing to Love, what the 99rs are doing to Garoppolo and what the Browns are doing to Mayfield, sucks. These guys are basically nothing more than chattels, unable to really progress in their game and unable to get out to move to a situation where they could. Yeah, yeah I know they are getting paid, but they entered the draft with the dream of playing in the NFL.

  12. They sound stupid, Rodgers was the backup quarterback to Farve for 3 or 4 years, and also was a first round pick greenbay is a smart organization that will pick up his 5th year option, and sign him to a long-term contract, just shut up about it because when he becomes the next MVP for the Packers then what ? was it a wasted pick?? GoPackGo

  13. Florio is a creep. Also Love is the backup. Period. Lets not drag this out. Love would not start for any organization at this moment in time. The best thing for him is to be the back up.

  14. Love gets to back up a Mt. Rushmore QB! He is learning a TON! I'm sure he'd like to be starting but in the mean time he's watching the best do it right in front of him! No matter what happens with Rodgers, that adds major value by itself to Love.. This is the year that he needs to show the world his skill or else he won't make a dime in FA.. Matt Flynn got a big deal after spending a couple years under Rodgers.. Time to shine or fall by the wayside.. It's on Love..

  15. This was a wasted pick. Jordan Love may never play for the Packers. If I was him, I would wait until I become a free agent and tell the Packers, "See ya! I'm out of here!" He should go somewhere where he will be appreciated. That's obviously not in Green Bay.

  16. I can’t disagree with these two more. Love has had plenty of opportunities to prove himself during OTA’s, training camp, pre-season games, and regular season games. He simply hasn’t. That is why Rodgers was extended, otherwise Love would be the starter already. He just isn’t a starting an in the NDL.
