Ben Roethlisberger was responsible, great in Pittsburgh good anywhere else.
Hines ward,antuon randel el
But they never give our overall receiver corps respect
Pickens was def a steal
It was Big Ben. Hate to say it. Great QB.
Jets fan…. would've loved to get Pickens.
I hate this franchise, but they get talent in the late rounds/udfa like no other. Especially at receiver. Crazy
1:10.. dude.. the Steelers had the eye for the WR since Swann and Stallworth.. lets really look back.. lol..
steelers get alot of credit for how they draft wrs. but how about how they draft off the edge….. year after year sack masters.
Diontae will probably be the one to go I think calvin austin will be his replacement
Get rid of Johnson he's dropped to many balls in key situations. He would of been gone long ago if it was my job
Best football show on YouTube currently, good job guys!
Wow I'm hurt Hines ward wasn't even mentioned, 3rd round in 98?
Keep Johnson more consistent.
There are 22 Positions on a Football Team. How about learning how to Draft Offensive Lineman. They are pathetic at multiple positions when drafting. So what if they can only Draft Wide Receivers. Look at their Draft History. They sign free agents all over the place to fill Draft Busts. Especially Defensive Backs.
Tomlin was a wr too maybe he is the guru
Yea I agree it’s time the Steelers start getting something for these Wrs we let them walk all the time mike Wallace Emmanuel sanders just most recently and many other lower end wrs
Pickett to Pickens
Our offense on paper should be explosive our offensive coordinator cannot make no excuses this year our offensive line is still unproven but atleast they have a year of experience under their belt and they are young! Super excited to see what we can produce this year I’m tired of seeing 10-20 total offense points scored I wanna see 30+ points on the board!
Hey Chris you like Baltimore's WIDEOUTS
Hey Chris you like Cleverland's WIDEOUTS
Hey Chris does CIN CIN have better talent at WIDEOUT then the BURG
NOPE
CALVIN COOL IN THE SLOT
VEGAS likes CALVIN
To the little guy that everyone said couldn't play f**** football
Steelers had a sneaky good draft.
Biggest winner in this draft was Najee Harris he won more space…As steelers will have more players on offense that require attention…DBs cannot cheat up and let Pickens or Austin get behind them…Regardless who starts at QB will be a dual threat cannot over pursue Harris and let the QB come out the other side on a keeper….The Steelers will be able to make opponent defend more field….Not to mention red zone 2 TE Muth and Hayward Najee in the back field….How do you defend that???
Wow I didn't know Colbert was a baseball coach. So basically he really knows athletes when he sees one
Who's the WR guru in Pittsburg? How come you two don't know this Mike snd Chris? It's Mike Tomlin. Everyone associates Mike Tomlin with the defensive side of the ball because that's what he started out coaching in the NFL. Mike Tomlin has the mentality of a WR because that's the position he played in college. Coaches are usually good at scouting the position at which they played. Why do you think he put up with AB? Same mentality. Coach Tomlin is the WR Guru becase that's his mentality.
Swann Stallworth Ward Holmes Hall of Famers SB Champs & MVPs
Kevin Colbert Hall of Fame GM
Hopefully the Atlanta Falcons get Chase Claypool frfr
Lol you guys get so freaked out over their WR picks and people should respect it, but they find gems in the linebacker corps, running backs, centers, and defensive lineman. For instance their last three centers have had careers that lasted for a decade and a half and pro bowls year after year. They just have a knack for drafting in general with an emphasis on linebackers and wide-outs.
Vikings with Rick Spielmen were the best WR scouting team (and really even before Rick). Moss, Carter, AC, Percy Harvin, Sidney Rice, Thielen, Diggs, Jefferson, KJ Osborn, Laquan Treadwell. Ok kidding about Treadwell
My question…IF you can sign JULIO JONES for the right $$$…Do you???? Cause we have NO veterans at this position…no one past 3 years experience
TRADE JOHNSON…he's already talking CRAZY about $$$
Steelers got all these receivers and no QB
One thing the Steelers don't have a talent picking is Cornerbacks. Wish they did.
Pickens is a alpha.
Plaxico!
I was really hoping the bears would pick up at least one of those receivers!
Ginna love this szn ???
What has claypoole or Washington done?
As a Ravens fan, I envy the Steelers’ eye for receiver talent. Respect!
It goes all the way back to Bill Nunn. He was the GOAT before Kevin, and the Cowher era, to Swann and Stallworth.
Someone's going to give Johnson an enormous cheque…and he's going to drop it.
This goes back to the 70s when It comes to wr. But way more consistency in recent years. Lol
They'll give the no to Claypool I think. But maybe they both go and u reconstruct the room. Idk
Colbert is all class
I think the QB had something to do with why the receivers have been really good for 15+ years but yes they’re very good at evaluating the prospects too!
Pickens would have gone rd 1 easy if he didn't get injured last year
Could’ve got Pickett in the second round
It's the position coach that passed away and it showed
