  1. He’d be great for a complete team. Needs a strong defense and he can’t push the ball, so you’d need a great line and run game. Out of in the patriots and you probably have something

  2. I can't believe how many people in the comments didn't get that the Brees tweet was a joke. The pickleball tour and senior tour comment should have given it away. But go ahead, join the Mike Florio conspiracy theories.

  3. In all seriousness he should back up Jameis. It would be perfect for Brees get to be on the team, Can be the QB in case Jameis gets hurt and if the team does bad and drafts a QB next season who better to mentor than Drew Brees

  4. Brees is stirring the pot to get a better contract with a network. He's saying "I don't need to be in broadcasting, I have other things I can do". It's called leverage. He's not going to play football. He's going to take the most money he can get to broadcast after he's certain he's done everything he can do to up the ante.

  5. People.keep saying decline maybe but I look at playoffs he has messed up ribs and he started to throw deep something we hadn't seen in a bit and he was generally accurate at it while injured, he took a year off his arm rested mind clear I could see 1 more year with that brain of his I could see it, my bet is he wants to be around football in some form im looking at some level of coach where he could really throw the ball and have that team comradery

  6. As a Seattle fan… I would LOVE to have him.. Come on up Drew and help the Legend grow!!

Hey — I have to say… he was really good on TV with Dungy et al. Great insights..

  7. Brees has reached the limits of his ability(and was on the decline the last couple of years), and there's absolutely no point in coming back to a game he can no longer command.

  8. We don't deserve to watch this record-breaking god of a quarterback. We only deserve Brady. We need low passer ratings and high interception rates with our veterans!
