17. I think this is a classic example of bad things happening to good people. I'd heard all the stories about bad leadership, not accepting tough coaching and all that. Ballard said he told Wentz at one point, "Make the layups," apparently because he was making the easy stuff look hard. In that context, I guess the 27 TDs vs. 7 INTs don't matter. I don't think Frank Reich's job was ever in doubt, but it certainly took some convincing by Ballard and Irsay that Wentz wasn't a good fit after all.
