  1. There are no black place kickers or punters. Is that the result of racism? What are the odds of that the coin keeps coming up white? Also there are no while cornerbacks. The NFL is clearly discriminating against whites. What are the odds that the cornerback coin keeps coming up black. Do you really think owners who want to win, and who hire the best players regardless of color, don't exercise the same judgement when hiring coaches?

  2. Interviews should be like the old dating game show, you know the ones doing the questions have no idea who is answering the questions. Stops all the BS in its tracks.

  3. For a Team to act against their best interest & NOT hire the best man for the job when winning raises a Franchise value by Millions & even billions. They hate skin color and success and money too.

  4. As a Bronco fan, i wonder how Brian Flores can think he was more qualified to get the Bronco head coaching job than Vic Fangio? After all is said and done that is what he is claiming. Flores was not made coach because he is black. Really that's why, Fangio has decades more NFL experience, Fangio is considered the top or one of the top defensive coordinators and defensive minds in football. Putting Flores resume next to Fangio and it is not close. I really don't think he has a case against Broncos.

  5. it is stunning to me how many people think that top jobs in the nfl or in any other business are actually "open". Interviews are just held to satisfy optics and compliance. In reality 8/10 openings are filled the moment the decision is made to fire the predecessor.

  6. Look, I'm latin, and I know there's racism, one way or another pretty much everywhere, BUT! Saying that it should be 50% black/white coaches, according to statistics, it's just idiotic… How many white coaches are? How many black coaches are? So it cannot be 50/50, because statistically, there's many more white coaches than black, just statistically, there's much more white than black population, so yes, it should be more black head coaches, but if you reached 50/50, than it would be statistically racist against the majority.

  7. What's really wrong here is the Rooney Rule, basically an affirmative action rule. Hiring, or even interviewing someone based on the color of their skin is racism plain and simple. Owners should have the right to hire whom they want without interference. The NFL is 70% black, by the way, more players than coaches.

  8. Do you want to hire a coach on PR? Does a black coach want to be hired for PR instead of merit? Obviously change needs to happen and obviously the shield will protect itself. 50 years since the ERA and it’s like we have gotten nowhere…. Just sad

  9. 70% of players are black. So are we going to have a mandate on player hiring? This is so stupid. If you have a great coach, it should not matter what their color is. The team will loose out on winning if they don't hire the best.

  10. The only way to effect changes in this system is hold the owners
And affiliated sponsors accountable… if a companies name is on a stadium ? tied to the NFL… they get dragged into this as well..

  11. I'm confused how Flores isn't being held accountable for fixing games. So are we saying he took money to throw games and did nothing wrong? Flores is sketchy here too if he threw gamea for $$$

  12. The NFL violated his civil rights, his interview was a sham. It doesn’t matter if he’s black, white , male or female. It like filing a college admissions application , and you thought you actually had a chance to be admitted. However, you later find out the college already knew you weren’t going to be admitted and your application was just to meet a race or gender quota. NFL teams are privately owed, however most play in publicly owned stadiums and they also have federal Exemption laws that can disappear. I think the solution will be to pay Flores off, and agree to a federal decree to have a court appointed Arbitrator monitor all future head coaching hires. If the allegations against Steven Ross are true he’s done as a owner. It called Racketeering, he Coerced his coach to lose games and offered him money. He’s rather sell him team than go to prison.
