Chelsea now
If there was a rule that you have to have 50% of homegrown players in your squad, Ajax would be top of European football every year.
Atletico Bilbao easy question next……
Barcelona did have a great academy but not any more half their talent ate leaving to go to other academy's.
La masia is the best academy in the world
Start sending these kids on loan to the MLS!
They need to have the u23s play in the Championship or league 1.
Next which is the best retirement centr juve or arsnel or other
Yes Ajax is probably the best but don't forget Benfica, Joao Felix, Bernardo Silva, Di Maria, Jan Oblak, Ederson, Renato Sanchez was insane before he left for Bayern, too, there are a lot more as well I just don't remember them
les meilleurs centres de formation sont le bresil et la france, les plus grands exportateurs de joueurs, espagne, argentine et portugal. c'est mon classement.
Is this even a debate? Yes barcelona produced messi, iniesta, xavi, busquets, pre man utd pique. Ajax though 8 of those starting 11 that took ajax to the cl semi finals were graduates from the ajax academy. And all of them with there careers just getting started

Ajax easily
For me it’s Benfica
Ajax, Porto, Benfica, Lyon, Roma, Chelsea, Leverkusen, Valencia, Man Utd, Feyenoord, Milan, Barcelona, Lille, Real Madrid, Southampton, Schalke, Fiorentina
Benfica academy is the number 2 in the moment, oblak,Ederson, lindlof,Rúben dias, ferro,João cancelo, Nelson Semedo, Renato Sanches,André Gomes, florentino luis, gedson fernandes, Gonçalo guedes, João Félix etc….
Barcelona has the best . Xavi, iniesta, busquets, alcantara are world class players
It will never happen in the PL. They have way too much money. FFS, mediocre clubs who achieve noting can spend 60M€ no problem! It doesn't force them to do smart business, they are just spoiled.
Ajax Academy or La Masia.. The two are inexplicably linked thanks to the late great Johann Cruyff
Ajax is obvious but I'd add Barcelona and Monaco to the discussion. PSG, Bayern and Milan and Man Utd also deserve a shout.
how would these two know?!
Did he say that the Bournemouth manager told him to get a couple of black guys??
