  1. Spurs had a golden chance to offload Kane early in the transfer window for 120 mil then tell Nuno to go and grab some of his players and kick start the new era

  2. Didn’t want Nuno from the start. Men and women lie but the numbers don’t. Low-scoring and the attacking numbers show that he is a defensive manager. There is absolutely no chance that I’m willing to spend £50+ for a ticket to watch the crap he’s got us serving up, in fact I won’t even bother watching us on TV or live streams as the football is terrible to watch.

  3. The problem is the players. Not good enough. Worst of all their mentality. Worst In the league.
Total rebuild needed. Wether that’s nuno or not. It’s needed

  4. Nuno is either under pressure to play certain players for keep their values during January open transfer period
    OR
An inept manager that does not understand his best midfield combo is :
    Skipp- le Celso- Lucas

  5. People seem to forget one thing: You can't make an omelet without eggs. Midfielders :Man Utd has Bruno Fernandes and Pogba , City has Fernandinho and De Bruyne, Liverpool has Thiago Alcantara, Fabinho and Henderson, Chelsea has Kanté and Jorginho. Does Tottenham midfield come close to that in quality? Without wanting to sound disrespectful to Tottenham's midfielders, I would say not even close…

  6. In time maybe. But I said the day they signed him he was wrong for them. He's not going to win anything with the current state of opposition, his style is defensive so he won't keep the fans on board. It can't work because he won't be given enough time

  7. Nuno is not the same manger as he was at Wolves for the first 2 seasons in the Prem. before lockdown he was one joyous manager and really cared about his players. Last season he played some of the worst football I’ve personally seen. Not once last season or this season has he looked happy. Before he was someone who was so joyous he had to be retreated back into the stand, and still didn’t stop jumping as he looked on at Wolves playing.

Spurs really believe they have the squad or the board to succeed. Well they don’t, no manger is coming in and winning Spurs anything. But at the same time Nuno’s tactics have gone from aggressive counter-attacking football, to a pure defensive mess. He has lost any real integrity as a manger and therefore has no real way of motivating players to go and attack teams. It’s not the same Nuno. This version of Nuno needs to go back to Portugal with his family and look to have a break, because he just isn’t the same. Isn’t the same Man and certainly isn’t the same Manager. Spurs fans though should learn to lower their expectations, their team is so poor. Nuno isn’t really getting them anywhere Poch or Jose couldn’t.
