  1. I think Greame is wrong. This is not about the message and the way it is being sent. Manchester lacks quality, world class quality. From Manager, to players, to organization. When you get world class management, team will overachieve, when they are poor, all of their flaws are exposed. Some of these "world class" players have to go out of the club, team has to be swept up and restructured.
Mourinho winning with these guys 3 titles is just another of his miracles…

  2. This old guy is so wrong – you never let type other team have the ball. – if that take the call you defend but the idea that you would just sit back and let Ethan have the call is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard

  3. The club needs to restructure the whole football part of the operations…new CEO, new DoF, new sporting director, new youth team coach, new first team assistants and then a new manager (maybe).

On top of that, you need at least one if not two center-halves and one or two central mids.

Then, renegotiate the rising debt, pay off dues regarding the player transfer sums, repair the leaking roof, re-design the seats and sell the deadwood from the squad/U23s.

  4. at United, the footballing operations are being run by Woodward, Matt Judge and Kevin Arnold (none of whom have any experience in this field; They are effectively learning-on-the-job or interning at the BIGGEST club in the world). How is it that the Glazers pick the best in class for the marketing and sales department but refrain to get a proven top-quality setup overseeing the football operations ? Sacking Ole may solve some of the issues but not all of them.

Think about it..after the season that Jose finished second, he wanted a top-quality centre back inborder to challenge City.what did he get ? Fred, Dalot and Lee Grant (third choice keeper) . While it's true that Man United have spent a LOT of money in the last half a dozen years but a lot of it has been wasted or not spent properly. For example, take the following signings … Bailly Rojo Lindelof Blind Schweinsteiger Schneiderlin Delay Di Maria James Lukaku Fellaini ? How many of them have been HUGE successes at United ? None…most of them have been moved on.. This is the issue..short-termism and a scatter gun approach has blighted the side and sacking a manager (4th in a decade) will not rectify that.
