19. Baden-Württemberg is the epitome of german football coaching. Nearly all important german coaches come from there: Klopp, Tuchel, Rangnick, Flick, Streich, Löw. Or Ottmar Hitzfeld in the former era.
    It‘s kind of curious that Nagelsmann doesn‘t come from there because normally, when a new german top coach emerges, he always has Baden-Württemberg roots. But Nagelsmann still have influences from there, because he spent a lot of his early coaching years in Hoffenheim (first as a junior coach and then Bundesliga coach later).

24. Even though Ralf is revolutionary, I'm afraid I find his methods anti-scientific. I'll tell you why. In science, you let the data and their characteristics (players) dictate the way a project runs (how a game runs), develops, becomes a hypothesis and eventually, if tested sufficiently, a theory (I guess many trophies). What Ralf does is bend his players into his pre-ordained mould. I think a more efficient system would be to design a mould that fits the abilities and talents of your players. But, I'm not a football coach, so what do I know.

32. The best Rangnick can do in six months with the players who are obviously talented individually but disastrous collectively is to make them learn to play as a team. It's hard to see how much he can improve them individually in such a short time as his priorities are top4 and getting Utd to the CL final (if at all possible). If Utd are smart enough, they would install him as DOF and appoint Ten Hag as permanent manager. Only then can we move forward.
