  1. The basic great manager is not like"how many match we have to win " but ,"how many match we alow to lose"so the result is we have great team full balance full fit ,great teamwork..of cours win in every competition….

  2. Souness opens with a minute of drivel: The whole reason this Chelsea side look great is that they DO change things up. Not because they have the mentality of "just keep doing what we're doing".

  3. Lol typical english commentary talking about premier league… The question they should be asking themselves is how fast is the Premier League going to adapt to HIM. All top international manager/coaches that go to the Premier League adapt fast, especially if given the budget. Pep, Conte, Tuchel, Klopp (without much money at first), etc. The PL is not tactically complex outside the top 6, they're just strong on the fouls, strong on the hoofball to a tall player and fast wingers/wingback a for wide play. Everything else is just bus parking because they lack the tactical discipline or the talent. Tuchel is a tremendous tactician and a great man manager.

  4. Feels like proper premier league football since ronaldo and lukaku returned but just the fans being back its feels like football above all

  5. Roy Keane says when you’ve got that much quality you can afford to make decisive changes and 9 times out of 10 its gonna work anyway.

Ole has top quality too but it seems to only work 5 times out 10. Give Tuchel more credit.

  6. Tuchel is building a machine in Chelsea.

Dortmund, PSG, all these clubs fail to recognize that they actually had a Goldmine of a coach in Tuchel. He loves characters in his teams because he is a character himself. You need characters to win a game, just like you need real men ready for battle on the battlefield.

This is why you see his teams play with such character, dynamism, drive, steely determination like a well-oiled machine.

Look how lampard gradually destroyed a team with potential and look how Tuchel re-built the team from the inside, halfway through a season! How impressive is that?? Tell me of a coach who can walk into a club in shambles, midway through a season, 9th in the league, getting battered with a defence leaking goals left & right at one point of time but ended up winning 2 of the biggest European titles in the end with a fortress of a defence like no other, overcoming powerhouse teams like Athletico, Real, Man City, Porto?? Defeating Pep 3 times in a row, Simeone over 2 legs, Zidane over 2 legs, Klopp can't get pass him, Unai can't get pass him…
    Tuchel is The Real Deal.
It wasn't him with the ego or whatever, it was these club boards that got blinded with their own egos.

When the egos get blinded, the eyes fail to see a highly-talented coach that knows how to win games with the resources he has.

  7. "TT" has upset the apple cart, he has seriously impacted the EPL. He methodically does the work, has the team producing, and they look like they are loving their football…. you can see it game after game in the players …. Pep is being shown up here…and City, having been beaten by them 3 times last year by Chelski are already going down the injured lists, with Pep stating how terrible things could be. Chelsea on the other hand are showing real class, that arrogant thing seems like yesterday…they mean business on the field, regardless of injured player status. A unit , a team that play off each other is what Chelsea are showing, and TT has them ticking along really well. Going to be hard to stop. This man IS the new best coach in the world i m o…sorry Pep…with all the players at your disposal who look tired, out of ideas, be hard to fend off the meetings with Chelsea this year again, they have your number mate…..The city teams change by the game, and seem at odds, and the uncertainty among who is coming or being potentially sold is getting tiring.

  8. Tuchel proves how Managers are now the key to good or great teams, more then ever in modern football you can have amazing players but if coached badly like Lampard with Chelsea you end up 9th then amazingly 4 months later 4th and Champions League winner ? ? ?

  9. Souness just can’t give him the full praise tuchel deserves. He has done brilliantly and he comes across well. I’m jealous as a United fan. If klopp did this he would be boasting him
