The opposition look at him, look at his stature and think that he is no threat, that they can probably mark him out of the game. But his movement gets him into great positions, he links up play well, sets others up. He can also outjump your tallest centre-half. Defenders are probably more worried about Nunez's pace, but Jota will suddenly pop up, find space and clinically pass into the corner of the net. It's great when the other team underestimate you.
