  1. The club needs to restructure the whole football part of the operations…new CEO, new DoF, new sporting director, new youth team coach, new first team assistants and then a new manager (maybe).

On top of that, you need at least one if not two center-halves and one or two central mids.

Then, renegotiate the rising debt, pay off dues regarding the player transfer sums, repair the leaking roof, re-design the seats and sell the deadwood from the squad/U23s.

  2. This isn't a Pogba problem or Ronaldo problem or even a McFred problem, this is an Ole problem. He is just not good enough to manage Man Utd. You can't ask the guy to resign and walk away from the job, he has to be sacked but the board is more concerned with making money and as long as Utd qualify for the Champions League they'll be happy.

  3. What’s wrong with playing a 4-4-2. Play von de beek who could provide a spark along with Sancho. Hell their both sitting on the bench. With Bruno and Pogba in mid and cavani and Ronaldo up top. Ronaldo’s game is different. I don’t see him attacking the opposition like he did at Juve. Perhaps now he’s showing his age?

  4. fred and mctominay below mediocre, pogba lacks consistancy so do rashford, manutd has gutter signings so obviously gutter lineups. And all the blame goes to manager no doubt he lacks managing skills too.

  5. Most know what needs to happen one of them is to pull some of the forwards back to help mid field , liverpool overran the mid field to open up space and opportunities

  6. The fact is all the forwards are goal scorers Greenwood and rashford aren’t a good match with Ronaldo on the other hand playing Ronaldo along with cavani would be great and Sancho providing assists for them from one side and shaw from the other

  7. Glazers: Well this Brady signing was a success….let's try the same thing over in Manchester…. Apples and bowling balls. As an American I'm excited how the sport is really gaining momentum here on all levels…from pee wee leagues up to MLS, but I'm almost embarrassed how people like the Glazholes are putting their noses where they have no clue what they're doing and ruining a club. Especially on that level.

  8. I like Neville but what does he actually know about football. He’s back tracked on his comments he said two weeks ago, he won’t say it for how it is with ole and he’s always going on about pogba. The whole world can see uniteds issues but the clowns in the dug out can’t

  9. When you back the players against the manager down the line you'll have these problems. You need a no nonsense culture at the club. They haven't had that since SAF. They've allowed every manager to seem weak since.

  10. for me personally, it's get rid of players like Martial who have no ambition to play for the badge and would rather just collect their pay check and leave or drop dead weight like Fred especially who have been nothing but a liability to the squad. Been a couple matchweeks into this current season and all I can think right now is FRED NEEDS TO LEAVE

  11. I don't understand how that graphic didn't have Bruno in there because he's the one most often chasing down the ball up front which is how teams play through us.

  12. Gary's speaking facts here. Plenty of teams in the past have played with 5 attacking players (Pep's Barca, even the current Ajax iteration) as long as they do both sides of the job. Pressing is an essential part of the modern game. That's the problem with players like CR7 and Pogs. Carra shouldn't dispute that.

  13. What is Carra talking about, it seems entire Premiere League wants to blame Pogba for everything, it's not always his fault it's team.
Madrid used to play BBC Kroos Modric with Marcelo and Carvajal overlapping on wings the difference is they had competent CDM in Casemiro and Varane Ramos to lead the line with Manager who knew what he was doing.
Pogba ~ Bruno can play together Pogba is more of Kroosesque and Bruno Modric but often Bruno drifts too forward as second striker also UTD wingers don't track back and most importantly clueless coaching setup. Kroos Modric always used to work in tandem but Casemiro was pivotal in that mid.

  14. Players like Sancho and Greenwood I can see improving and becoming these workhorses for United like Gary wants. But this is Pogba’s SIXTH season back at united. We are talking over half a decade and still debating what his best position is and can he improve his work rate. At what point does Gary accept Pogba and United just isn’t a good fit?
