  1. Keane once again absolutely nails it, I love it when united play bad and he's on the panel which is quite often these days, and the last few sentences from Roy are still true today.. Not good enough and don't work hard enough..

  2. Contrary to what people thinks, in my mind Keane didn't rate Ole that much, but he was trying to believe in the idea that a different kind of management ("soft" one) could work with these players after managers like Mourinho and Van Gaal

  3. It's absolutely jaw dropping looking at the back room staff utd have in the dugout I've know words it's just jaw dropping.
    I've nothing against Carrick or Fletcher but man utd isn't the club for under qualified personnel.

  4. There are shades here of wanting to keep former players at the club to keep the "spirit" of what Ferguson created. Liverpool had the "Boot Room" where the reigns would be handed down to the next coach, then the next, and so on. Ferguson stayed too long and didn't really prepare the ground for his successor. In the end, Utd are paying the price for having Ferguson completely dominate the club, as are Arsenal post Wenger.
