  1. Peter is very difficult to listen to.
The man CONSISTENTLY takes four paragraphs to say ONE SENTENCE at the end and the one sentence was ALL he had to say…
He circles forever before he lands..
Just get to the point already!!

  2. A sad reality is that these billionaire owners only hire a HC that they can rule over so if your black and qualified but you actually have morals then they don't want you

  3. He is not even OC material. Chiefs getting taken out by D adjustments in big games, Bucs last year and Bengals this year. Both teams they had beaten earlier in the season. Bieneme cannot adjust.

  4. Can we just stop with this crap already? Teams simply don’t like the guy as a head coaching candidate. His race is not the reason he hasn’t got a head coaching job yet.

  5. I believe in hiring the “best man for the job.” However “best” is a bit slippery because it depends upon criteria. Fastest? Cheapest? Smartest? You usually can’t get them all, if you say, hire a contractor. (I know this painfully well.). So what is “best” in the NFL? Well, it’s the guy who gives you the best chance to win, however that’s calculated. That to me is the only criterion that matters really although modern-day “woke” culture seems to unfortunately disagree. But if a particular Black coach gives you the best chance to win you hire him immediately; I would if I were an owner because I like money. But if he doesn’t meet that criterion you look elsewhere.

  6. this is ridiculous. there is no diversity problem in the NFL. like 80% of players are black. the coaches involve all races, and im sorry but there are more white people in this country than black, by a lot. of course the non-athlete jobs are going to have more competition, and it would ne natural that most of them would be white.

  7. Name me any white OC with Bieniemy's resume who couldn't walk into any HC job they wanted… It goes back to if your black, often times anything less than being perfect is a knock.

  8. Boy you never quit Florio. It's OK, you've done your penance. Bienemy hasn't gotten a head coach offer because he's not head coach material. He was a decent RB, and thus a decent RB coach, in fact offensive coordinator is probably too much for him. Plus he rubs some people the wrong way. The question you must answer is why your diversity call stops at head coach candidates. How can you account for the fact that 13% of the population comprise over 70% of players? Where are your statistics and facts and pseudo-legalese pleas for fairness here? Are some people just naturally better at some things than others, are you saying? Party over truth is it?

  9. for this to even have to be a topic is F'n ridiculous…the NFL having to have special meet and greets for black coaches. it really goes to show you that they are stuck in different time and you know what time that is.

  10. No THE EFFORT TO LITERALLY TRY AND GET RID OF OWNERS CAUSE THEYRE SLASH RACIST IS A JOKE ALL SO THEY CAN HAVE A BLACK OWNER IS A JOKE AND THEN THEY’RE LITERALLY TRYING TO GIVE BLACK COACHES HEAD COACHING JOBS JUST BECAUSE THEY’RE BLACK IS A JOKE YOU DON’T DESERVE TO GET THE JUS BECAUSE YOUR BLACK TALK ABOUT ENTITLEMENT ITS JUST PATHETIC

  11. He is absolutely correct. I've wondered for years – why the search for coaches has been allowed to take place before the NFL season (Super Bowl & Pro Bowl included) has ended. It's silly, but they don't listen to me (can't figure out "why?").

  12. ? owners descendants of supremacy want a coach they don't have to constantly watch what they say. They also feel that ? coaches are more versatile interacting in their supremacy infected world.

  13. Eric Bieniemy is paying the price for Colin Kaepernick taking a knee and all of the black football players and BLM holding the league hostage. It's like back in the old days when a black man committed a crime or was accused of a crime. The lynch mob would grab the first black guy they could find and punish him. Eric Bieniemy is that guy.

  14. He is over qualified and please stop trying to change the real narrative. He is at blame because system is unfair and biased. This is a different spin. Wow!!!
