  1. I'd love Rooney at United street smart so he knows what's going on in every part of the club and won't any away from anything, yeah ollie was there before but he was a top player week in week out and Ollie was mainly a sub he knows what it's like to really fight for the club not come on in the 80th full energy he's there in the 95th from min 1 up until he was 32 it's just fitting and can't see anyone else for the job really tell me in wrong Jamie?

  2. One black mark against SAF is he left no managerial legacy his disciples are horrendous managers. I'm sure unfairly Rooney will get the opportunity to manager utd cus of his Playing name, not his managerial record. Same happened with Lampard even Gerrard with Liverpool

  3. Just because one has been a great player doesn't mean will make a great manager… I doubt Rooney's reasoning that shows the typical English biasness we are all accustomed to. Very cheap! That's why I'll always love Roy Keane coz of Honesty from his core.

  4. Rooney is a legend.. i think he needs to work a little bit on his charisma. He doesnt talk as confidently as he played, he says erm before and after after every sentence. Something to work on for him

  5. Hate to say it as Derby are our closest rivals, but Wazza's done a fantastic job under those circumstances at Derby.
He deffo deserves the respect from the footballing world ??

  6. I know it's looking like Derby are down now but what a job Rooney has done considering all the obstacles he has had to face, not just the 21 points deficit. If by some miracle (and I do mean MIRACLE) Derby survive the drop, for me it will be the greatest managerial feat, even topping Ranieri winning the PL with Leicester.
Either way I hope he stops at Pride Park now better fortunes appear on the horizon.

  7. I’m so so so glad he didn’t go to Everton. God that place is a hell for managers. And I don’t want United going for him for atleast 4-5 years, I just don’t want to see him fail ?

  8. Fair play to Wazza. He got a lot of stick from the media for years but he really is a top bloke and everybody sees it now. Hope he does well.

  9. when ur legend back the average players like maguire mctominay its just scary.. because seems likes he was never gonna be the manager that United need.. he looks like the next OGS in the making.. really sad after his latest comments about United players..

  10. Imagine this: Everton gets relegated, and Frank gets fired. Rooney, against all odds, manage to keep Derby up, and gets the Everton job. Even if Derby gets relegated, Rooney has shown he could take the Everton gig. And he’d get them back up. Frank could get them up again too, but perhaps he’d deserve to be fired if they go down? Anyways, would be awesome!

  11. not sure i've ever heard lampard tell us he's still learning; with rooney it's front and centre every time he speaks
i'm not a lampard hater by any means but it does seem an interesting difference in their approach

  12. This drunkard and prostitute visitor is not management material. His man utd career was finished by the summer of 2010 but he hung around for a packet. A delusional guy
